EshopWedrop joint venture with Logismart to expand operations in Germany

Logismart and EshopWedrop are combining forces in the formation of a Germany-based entity designed for facilitating the transportation and delivery of high volumes of parcels from Germany and throughout Europe.

Frankfurt am Main, Germany (May 10, 2021) – EshopWedrop is a D2C technology-based & low-cost x-border parcel delivery solutions provider. The company enables consumers to buy goods from online retailers in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Customers can purchase products from any popular e-commerce store, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Sports Direct, etc., and have their products shipped to their home addresses.

Logismart is a smart logistics solution that integrates with an e-shop, supplier, or accounting software to ensure that a user will always see the latest product balances, perform balance control, and follow the order fulfilment process. This solution can eliminate the need for gratuitous overheads like warehouse space or costly labour force.

In partnership with Logismart, EshopWedrop will form ESWD Intelligente Logistik GmbH to oversee the management and operations of its newest European e-hub in Frankfurt, Germany. Mindaugas Kuprys, CEO, Logismart who will also take on the position of Managing Director for this new joint venture, says, “We are excited to partner with EshopWedrop in this undertaking. The exponential rise in e-commerce we see in Germany has only confirmed our need to set up our own e-fulfilment hub here. We look forward to the first step in our joint global expansion initiative”.

Under the umbrella of ESWD Intelligente Logistik GmbH, EshopWedrop and Logismart will be able to offer B2C parcel deliveries from Germany to all EU countries and liaise with local couriers to provide a fully integrated door-to-door service. This partnership is also going to be hugely beneficial for online shoppers as well. Not only will they be able to fully enjoy Germany as a shopping origin from the comfort of their own homes but will very quickly benefit from faster parcel delivery and transit times. >

Mircea Bandean, EshopWedrop Managing Director, says, "Recognising the ever-increasing growth of parcel traffic in and out of Germany, it seemed only logical that our next step would be to set up our own operations here. Our partnership with Logismart; the combining of resources and experience can only benefit us in the long run”.

The success of this joint venture will be used as a framework for a global enterprise in which plans to include both the United Kingdom and United States of America are currently underway.
